Neodymium magnet system 110 x 50 mm black rubber-coated with two screw sockets, holds approx. 90 kg

This rectangular neodymium magnet system measuring 110 x 50 mm features two M8 screw sockets for screw-mounting various fastening elements such as hooks and eyelets. The rubber coating provides protection for delicate surfaces, prevents scratches and increases the load capacity when subjected to shear forces. The rubber also protects the magnet from occasional moisture and splash water. Permanent outdoor use, however, may lead to the formation of rust. Our ferrite pot magnets, on the other hand, are rust-proof.

In contrast to round magnets with a screw socket, this magnet can be positioned precisely. Under the rubber coating is a rectangular steel plate with 18 embedded neodymium magnets. These magnets are aligned with alternating upward-facing north and south poles. However, these magnet systems cannot be combined with each other.

Please note: This magnet system has a full-length internal thread, requiring extra care when threading screws, hooks and the like to prevent damage to the rubber coating.

If you want to reposition the magnet system, please do not attempt to remove it by dragging it along the mounting surface. This will damage the rubber coating. The full adhesive force is achieved when the ferromagnetic counterpart is smooth and of sufficient thickness and when the magnet system makes direct and full flush contact. Magnet systems already start to lose part of their adhesive force at a small distance from the ferromagnetic surface. This characteristic is more pronounced in magnet systems than in other ferrite and neodymium magnets.
