Magnet systems with handle
These magnet systems with plastic handles are available with white or black rubber coating. They can be used in a variety of ways, for example, as gripper magnets for vehicle wrapping. The handles also make it easier to remove strong magnets from ferromagnetic surfaces. The rubber coating of the magnet system protects delicate surfaces from scratches and increases the load capacity in shear direction. Magnet systems with screw sockets can also be used with screw hooks and eyelet bolts or eyebolts and ring nuts.

Characteristics of rubberised magnet systems

Principle: A magnet system consists of several magnets (in the case of small magnet systems only one), which are attached to a steel plate. Compared to pot magnets, magnet systems have less height and can be used more discreetly.

Displacement force: The indicated adhesive force was measured perpendicular to the surface to which the magnet should stick. It takes a lot less strength to move the magnet system sideways. Therefore, you won’t be able to put as much strain on a magnet system if you use it on a wall as opposed to using it on the ceiling.

Rust: The rubber coating somewhat protects magnet systems from moisture. With long-term outdoor use, however, rust will form and cause the neodymium magnets to lose their adhesive force after a while.

Using rubber-coated magnet systems with handles as mounting magnets

Our rubberised magnet systems are ideal as gripper magnets for car wrapping. The magnet systems keep the film securely in place during the wrapping process, and the rubber-coated surface of the magnet systems protects both the film and the car paint during the installation. As such, mounting magnets are very popular with garages and advertising technicians.
