Our boss Werner has, like all bosses, his strengths and weaknesses.
One of his most persistent weaknesses is his goalkeeper's passivity in our daily team-building activity foosball.
We were able to get rid of this flaw with six boss magnets.
No external force was necessary - neither on the robust foosball frame nor on the fragile boss.
This made all of us happy because now it's much more fun playing on his team again.
