Your head office is located in Switzerland and I am in the Netherlands. Any problems with that?
No, not at all!
- Delivery duty paid: It is correct that our head office and our magnet storage are located in Switzerland. However, we deliver all orders to Germany daily by courier, so all packages are already duty and tax paid in the EU by the time we send them to the Netherlands.
- Dutch law: Our prices already include the Dutch value-added tax. If you are a private customer, the Dutch Consumer Law (Burgerlijk Wetboek) with the 7-day right of withdrawalapplies. For returns we have an address in Germany.
